Transitional Housing Case Manager (Perry)
The Transitional Housing Case Manager will provide case management services to residents of the transitional housing program as well as individual and group counseling for residents and children. This position will also provide outreach and advocacy in the local community. Hours for this position are Tuesday – Saturday 3 p.m. to 11 p.m.
Applicants must demonstrate the ability to work independently, utilize sound judgment, respond to crisis situations in a professional manner, and balance numerous priorities and tasks at one time. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Prior experience in crisis intervention is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field and prior related work experience required. Must have driver’s license, reliable transportation, proof on insurance, FBI, criminal, and child abuse clearances.
