About the Job

Established yet growing non-profit serving victims of domestic and sexual violence seeks outcomes and mission-driven, positive individuals with a passion for providing services to victims/survivors of domestic and sexual violence.

The successful applicant will possess experience and documented achievements in their work with diverse individuals who have experienced abuse and trauma, and the ability to manage crises with adults and children. S/he must possess the ability to work within a residential/shelter setting with families in crisis and be able to work independently within established professional, ethical boundaries. S/he must demonstrate strong decision-making and conflict resolution skills.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred and life experience is respected. Must complete a required 70-hour crisis intervention training.
