Seeking an On-Call Crisis Advocate to provide hotline support, crisis response, and other supportive services to victims of domestic violence and sexual assault. This is a 3-4 day a week, per diem position. Applicants must demonstrate:
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to utilize sound judgment
- Ability to respond to crisis situations in a professional manner
- Ability to balance numerous priorities and tasks at one time
Requirements include:
- Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field along with prior related work experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving history, reliable transportation and proof of insurance
- FBI, child abuse and criminal clearances
- Prior experience in crisis intervention is preferred
