Transitions of PA is a nonprofit organization serving victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, and other serious crimes in Union, Snyder, and Northumberland Counties. Established in 1976, Transitions provides prevention education, professional training, legal advocacy, civil legal assistance, counseling, and shelter.
