Reports to: Huntingdon House Board of Directors
Work Hours: 40 hours per week; FLSA: exempt, full-time
Education/Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in human services field with a Master’s Degree preferred. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and supervisory skills required; at least 3 years of experience working in nonprofit/social service sector expected. Ability to work collaboratively with a Board of Directors, volunteers, staff, and outside, contracted professionals. Must be able to lead and manage the organization, overseeing operations, finances, programs, staff, and volunteers. ED drives strategic planning, fundraising, and stakeholder relationships to achieve the organization’s goals and mission which is based in anti-oppression, trauma-informed, survivor-centered work.
Salary
$55,000-$65,000 with a benefits package including health insurance, vacation, personal, and sick days.
