The Women’s Center is hiring a director of counseling and director services at an annual salary range of $45,000 to $67,000. The position is full time, 40 hours per week, and non-exempt.
The primary duties are to manage and supervise direct services activities of the agency, supervise the maintenance of accurate direct services records, supervise direct services reporting activities, provide crisis intervention and counseling services for program participants.
Second- and third-shift hours may be required as needed, and weekends are required.
The qualifications are a Master’s degree in counseling or related field, or a BA/BS in counseling in related field and four years relevant experience. Applicant must have strong supervisory skills, counseling skills, the ability to communicate effectively, a valid PA driver’s license, and must be able to pass PA State Criminal Background Check, PA Child Abuse Clearance, and FBI Clearance.
