Responsible for planning, organization, and direction of the agency’s operations and programs, serving 1,200 clients annually. Oversees and reports on results to Board of Directors.
Provides leadership to and manages efforts of 18 + staff in three locations to meet annual goals.
Manages $1 million annual budget; assures adequate funding to meet strategic agency goals.
Demonstrated leadership and management skills. Minimum of five years’ management/supervisory experience. Bachelor’s Degree required/ Master’s preferred or any combination of education and experience.
Knowledge of domestic violence and residential services.
