We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Development Director to join our team and play a crucial role in securing the financial resources necessary to fulfill our mission.
As the Development Director, you will be at the heart of our efforts to support survivors and will lead our fundraising and development initiatives. Experience with nonprofit fundraising, events management, marketing, and public relations is required. Candidate must possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written, work well as a part of a team as well as independently, and computer skills including Microsoft Suite. Experience with donor management systems is required; specifically, Donor Perfect.
Qualifications needed are a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Nonprofit Management, Communications, Business). Proven track record in nonprofit fundraising and development and a passion for the mission. Competitive benefits package; salary based on experience.
