Award Nominee Submission Process
At the PCADV Conference, PCADV will recognize outstanding individuals with two awards: The Luminary Award and the Innovator Award.

Deadlines
Please submit nominees for the awards by completing the appropriate form below by August 14, 2022.
The board members of PCADV will choose the winners of each award during their mid-June meeting. Winners and their nominators will be notified of the award by August 31, 2022.
Who can nominate?
Any staff member, board member, or volunteer from a PCADV member program can submit a nomination for either award.

Luminary Award
The award winner, through their work, has inspired and influenced others to create positive change. A luminary has had the courage to embrace possibilities and recognize that nothing is impossible. Through their high intention, sincere effort, strategic direction, skillful execution and passion, a luminary has lifted themselves, and others, to achieve excellence.
2022 Luminary Award
Innovator Award
Through their pioneering work, the Innovator Award winner has positively transformed survivors’ lives by developing and implementing creative initiatives either in policy, prevention or direct service delivery. With their unique, innovative ideas and visionary work, the Innovator has helped make the future safer for Pennsylvania families.
