Position Title: Counseling & Advocacy Program Coordinator
Position Type: Starting salary $55,000/Full-Time (37.5 hours per week), Exempt
Job Summary:
The Counseling and Advocacy Coordinator provides leadership, oversight and program development for Domestic Violence Services’ counseling and emergency/crisis services, including the DVS Safe House and 24-hour hotline and text line. This position supervises the Safe House Supervisor, the Family Program Supervisor, and the Community Counselor. This position provides direct counseling services.

Requirements:
· Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology or related field
· Clinical licensure preferred
· Three years of supervisory experience preferred
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
