Position Type: $21/hr | Part-Time (10 hrs/week), Non-Exempt, Remote

Turning Point of Lehigh Valley is currently hiring a Donor Engagement and Marketing Specialist to strengthen donor communications and support fundraising through strategic storytelling and digital marketing.

The Donor Engagement and Marketing Specialist will work closely with the Director of Advancement to create compelling donor-centered content, manage digital outreach, design fundraising materials, and implement targeted marketing campaigns.

The position collaborates across the Advancement team to help grow donor retention and engagement through mission-driven messaging and data-informed outreach.

This position is part-time, non-exempt, and remote, with occasional in-person attendance required for meetings or events. Evening and weekend availability may be necessary to support key fundraising initiatives.

The successful candidate will have experience in marketing, communications, or donor engagement. Strong writing, graphic design, and digital marketing skills are required. Experience with CRMs, donor communications, email campaigns, and social media platforms is a must. Fluency in English and another language is preferred. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting survivors through nonprofit advancement work.
