PCADV seeks proposals for domestic violence services provider in Cambria and Somerset counties

HARRISBURG, Pa., (April 16, 2021) — The Pennsylvania Coalition Against Domestic Violence (PCADV) seeks proposals for the provision of core domestic violence services in Cambria and Somerset counties, from a provider that can offer options for safety through a continuum of intervention and support services for victims and survivors of domestic violence, dating violence, and stalking.

It is anticipated that the program will be funded for a one-year period, July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022. However, PCADV reserves the right to renew or extend the contract for two additional one-year contract periods thereafter based on evidence of progress on the program’s objectives and the availability of funding.

PCADV will be utilizing an internal Review Committee to evaluate and score all proposals. The committee will evaluate and score each proposal for completeness, accuracy and responsiveness to the requirements enumerated herein. In addition to the application review by the committee, PCADV fiscal staff will review each applicant’s financial and budget information.
