The Pennsylvania Coalition Against Domestic Violence (PCADV) is pleased to announce the release of two competitive Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for the FY 24/25-25/26 funding cycle.
Core Domestic Violence Services
PCADV seeks proposals for the provision of core domestic violence services in each county of Pennsylvania from a provider that can offer options for safety through a continuum of prevention, intervention, and support services for survivors of domestic violence, dating violence, and stalking. It is anticipated that each program will be funded for a two-year period, from July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2026.

Civil Legal Representation
The PCADV seeks proposals for the creation or ongoing maintenance of Civil Legal Representation (CLR) programs. It is anticipated that each CLR will be funded for a two-year period, from July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2026.
