The Pennsylvania Coalition Against Domestic Violence (PCADV) is dedicated to reducing, preventing, and educating the community about domestic violence. We are currently seeking a Prevention Specialist to assist Program Services. This position reports to the Prevention Manager.

You will be responsible for:
- SUPPORTING and BUILDING relationships with local PCADV member programs, staff, and other organizations in their prevention efforts
- DEVELOPING training resources to member programs and external partners on intimate partner violence prevention strategies
- PROVIDING technical assistance to member programs and external partners on intimate partner violence prevention strategies
- MAINTAINING ongoing intimate working knowledge of pay equity, including statistics
- DEMONSTRATING the connection between pay equity and domestic violence prevention and pay equity as a strategic tool for prevention
What qualifies me to be considered:
- Three years of relevant experience
- A 4-year degree OR relevant combination of experience and education is required
- Prior experience in public health, violence prevention, advocacy, or related field preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including analysis of issues related to IPV and Prevention
*Note: This position is mostly remote. Facilitation of some in-person responsibilities may be required. This position requires that the employee maintain residency in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
