The Pennsylvania Coalition Against Domestic Violence (PCADV) is dedicated to reducing, preventing, and educating the community about domestic violence. We are currently seeking a Health & Education Specialist to assist Program Services. This position reports to the Technical Assistance and Education Manager. You will be responsible for:
- FACILITATING the development/strengthening of relationships between domestic violence and health/behavioral health agencies across PA
- IDENTIFYING resources and information needed for effective delivery of services on health and behavioral health programs when addressing domestic violence
- DEVELOPING written materials for advocates and the health/behavioral health community
- REPRESENTING the organization on a variety of health and/or behavioral health committees
What qualifies me to be considered?
- Bachelor’s degree in related field OR equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proven experience leading strategic planning processes and in fostering collaboration between individuals and agencies from diverse professional fields
- Experience developing and implementing professional training programs
*Note: This position is mostly remote. Facilitation of some in-person trainings are required.
