POSITION SUMMARY

The Prevention Manager position supports and builds relationships with local PCADV member programs, staff, and other organizations in their prevention efforts. The Prevention Manager is the lead on the prevention team’s work with PCADV’s member program prevention staff. Primary responsibilities include management of all training and technical assistance. The Prevention Manager is also responsible for building relationships and collaborating with other PCADV teams as well as external partners. All of this is done with an understanding of oppressions as root causes of IPV and how prevention and intervention are connected.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position has supervisory responsibilities. This position supervises the Prevention Specialist.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in a related field, three to five years of related experience, or a relevant combination of the two will be considered.

Note: This position is mostly remote. Facilitation of some in-person responsibilities may be
