Established and growing non-profit, human service organization seeks outcomes driven, positive individuals with a passion for providing counseling and advocacy services on behalf of victims/survivors of sexual abuse.

The Sexual Assault Counselor/Advocate is responsible for providing crisis
intervention, individual and group counseling, advocacy, and accompaniment, and outreach/awareness to victims/survivors of sexual assault. S/he is responsible for systems advocacy with other agencies involving issues related to sexual assault. S/he will possess experience and documented achievements in crisis work with adults and children, and be open to flexible work schedules.

Bachelor’s degree in Social Services or related field required, Master’s preferred, additional life experience respected. Must complete 70-hour counselor/advocate required training.
