Now Hiring Safe House (Emergency Shelter) Coordinator

Domestic Violence Services of Lancaster County (DVSLC) seeks a full-time Safe House (Emergency Shelter) Coordinator. This individual will be responsible for helping to create and maintain a trauma-informed, supportive culture in our Safe House, which serves 32 adult and child survivors of domestic violence each night. The full-time schedule requires flexibility, including evenings and weekends, as the Safe House is a 24/7 facility.

Primary duties: provision of direct services; staff recruitment, training and supervision; implementation of trauma-informed policies and procedures in compliance with PCADV and VOCA standards, accurate and timely data collection and reporting; and participation on the organization’s Leadership Team.
