Education & Community Outreach Team Leader
The Education & Community Outreach Team Leader will provide domestic violence and sexual assault programming to schools and community groups and outreach in Dauphin and Perry Counties, promoting programs and other department services. This position will also schedule all programs, supervise education staff, and help to oversee the Volunteer Program. Must be available to work occasional evening and weekend hours.
Applicants must demonstrate the ability to work independently, utilize sound judgment, respond to crisis situations in a professional manner, and balance numerous priorities and tasks at one time. Must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Prior experience in public speaking is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field and prior related work experience required. Must have a driver’s license, reliable transportation, proof of insurance, FBI, criminal, and child abuse clearances.
