Starting Salary/Hourly Rate: $58,000/year

Position Standards

Essential Duties & Responsibilities (includes but is not limited to the following):

  1. Hire, train, develop, evaluate, and supervise staff, volunteers, and interns in the Case Management Services Department.
  2. Provide direction, mentorship, and guidance to all case managers to support client needs and service plan-related goals.
  3. Ensure appropriate coverage is always maintained to meet the needs of the department and fills in when department personnel is unavailable or otherwise unable to complete their duties.
  4. Periodically evaluates and audits services that case managers are providing to ensure they meet the standards of quality, trauma-informed case management, and ensures records are maintained in accordance with agency standards. 
  5. Ensures compliance with regulations and standards including regular monitoring of case notes and client files, including participation in monitoring visits from funders.
  6. Ensure that individual clients and families have the resources and support from the community needed to feel less isolated.
  7. Participate in staff meetings, director’s meetings, agency events, ongoing development meetings/trainings, and work with partner agencies to identify additional available programming.
  8. Responsible for the completion and submission of required reports and other written documents in a timely manner.
  9. Responsible for facilitating the Community Resources training as part of the agency’s Advocate training program.
  10. All other duties as determined by the supervisor.
