Part-Time – up to 22.5 hours – partially remote
Established nonprofit, serving victims of domestic and sexual violence seeks a part-time Communication Specialist & Designer to head the agency’s communications, online presence, social media, website and other digital marketing.
S/he will develop and implement social media and other web-based communications strategies for Women’s Resources. S/he will also assist with developing marketing materials to increase awareness and assist in designing deliverables for the multitude of fundraising events. S/he will develop Facebook and other social media posts, website and blog content, and other communications that reflect the mission and program goals of Women’s Resources.
Must have experience with social media communication strategies, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress website builder, and Microsoft Office. Experience in marketing, outreach, and awareness building is preferred, nonprofit experience a plus. Excellent written and oral communication skills, detail oriented and able to work independently and as a team.
