PCADV supports the federal-level policy work of the National Network to End Domestic Violence (NNEDV) NNEDV Legislative Agenda for the 111th Congress An enormous opportunity awaits the 111th Congress and the Administration. Every Member of Congress can positively impact victims by supporting legislation and funding that promotes victim safety, perpetrator accountability and prevention efforts. The current harsh economic times have significantly increased the demand for victims services, including relocation assistance, counseling, emergency shelter, legal services, transitional housing and childcare. Now is the time to match legal justice with economic justice so that victims can make real choices to escape the abuses they have faced. Legislative priorities for the 111th Congress:
