In 1987 and again in 1990, Lynn sought shelter at A Woman´s Place (AWP) until she could regain control over her life and raise her youngest son in a violence-free home. Thereafter, Lynn devoted every spare minute of her time to giving back to AWP – as a volunteer, as a board and staff member and as the current Development Director.
