Peg J. Dierkers, Executive Director

Peg Dierkers has devoted her career to leading organizations through strategic management of their operations and by broadening constituency support in order to identify new ways to create positive change. She has a successful background directing advocacy, fundraising and major operations for community-based nonprofits, government institutions and national commercial businesses. She led three significant public policy reforms requiring federally compliant state enabling legislation: welfare reform, Medicaid, managed care, and child welfare/adoption. Ms. Dierkers also grew an all volunteer AIDS network community-based agency into a statewide leader on policy, advocacy and service delivery, with a staff and reserved funding surplus through responsible operation management and growth strategies.
